MORNING｜Morning

When I wake up, the sound of birds echoes through the courtyard in the crisp air. In the crisp air, the sound of birds echoes through the garden. I grind the beans and slowly brew a cup of coffee. Whether I drink it on the terrace or upstairs while gazing at Mount Fuji, the morning at Toki is quiet and rich.

AFTERNOON｜Afternoon

Step out into the garden and pick some herbs and flowers. Honeybees and butterflies bring the scent of the season with them. Whether you arrange your picks in a vase or use them to garnish a meal, the choice is yours.
Simply gazing at the garden in the afternoon light is another luxury unique to this place.

EVENING｜Evening

At dusk, enjoy a barbecue in the garden. We simply grill locally sourced Izu beef and fresh seafood over charcoal. Some evenings, the ingredients taste best when enjoyed as they are, rather than as part of a full-course meal.
Feel free to set off handheld fireworks in the designated areas. Barbecues and fireworks in the garden are permitted until 9:00 PM.

NIGHT｜Night

After dinner, just as the hot spring water begins to rise.

Steam rises quietly from the stone bathhouse. Whether it’s a night spent watching a movie on the projector or a night spent sipping drinks and chatting, the nights at Toki are undisturbed by anyone.
